Mother’s Day in May

When it rains too much to work in the yard, I am forced to do other things, like catch up on overdue blog posts.

Catch Up

So many little things are happening around me. It’s time to catch you up.

Considering the amount of destruction this storm caused, I am so grateful that I escaped serious problems.

Interested in making good time, I took all my photos through the windshield.

I’m glad it’s in person again.

I thanked Pedro for having a birthday so we had an excuse to go on this great trip. He said it was no trouble at all.

How often do you hear about someone who is a famous bridge-builder?

Never forget to give ocean waves your utmost respect. They are beautiful, and oh, so powerful.

Pedro had requested a night in a yurt for his birthday. It was a first time for both of us.

We learned about an English garden perched on a cliff above the sea outside of North Bend, Oregon.
