McMenamins Anderson School

We stayed two nights at the McMenamins Anderson School in Bothell, Washington in early December.

Piran, Slovenian Beach Town

Slovenia is not known for its beaches, but the waterfront in Piran is exceptional.

My brother told me that the skies over Montana have been swathed in wildfire smoke for a long time.

I was deep in the forest at this point and had no panoramic views.

Yes, it felt pretty darn redneck, and happy, and simple. It was a perfect place to be. 🙂
