Mt. Angel Oktoberfest

I still love Mt. Angel, but I was unprepared for Oktoberfest! Next time, I’ll know what’s in store.

Carlsbad Caverns National Park

I have only a couple bucket list items from my childhood. Seeing the bats at Carlsbad is one of them, and I have finally done that one!

I was so devastatingly tired I was ready to ford the Sandy River and go strangle JoeBob, BettySue, AND Lady GaGa. Rah rah ah ah ah!

Portland has a remarkably high percentage of really friendly people.
