The weather could not keep us down and we had a marvelous tour of the wildlife park.

We all arrived at the same time to Safari West and began the fun task of getting to know each other.

I showed up early for Margaret’s birthday party and got to explore Santa Rosa.

There is a small and fascinating park in the northernmost part of California dedicated to learning about and exploring a volcanic landscape.

Imagine my pleasure when we arrived and discovered that these are Modoc petroglyphs.

I am compelled to understand what led to war and planned genocide of a people.

Wrapping up the loose ends of my trip to California.
