D.C. Sculptures and the Middle of August

This post wraps up the stuff I wanted to talk about from Pedro’s work trip to D.C. that I didn’t fit in an earlier post.

Dash to D.C.

Right in the middle of it all, we visited our Nation’s Capital.

This is my fourth blog post about this southern Washington landmark and outstanding hiking trail.

To be perfectly honest, I had no idea that there were Presidents before Washington.

Sometimes I am due to for a catch-up post.

The weather could not keep us down and we had a marvelous tour of the wildlife park.

I showed up early for Margaret’s birthday party and got to explore Santa Rosa.

I used to do a series called One Year Later, in which I compared dates in 2021 to the same dates in 2020 – the height of the pandemic.

Scientists assure us that finding multiple beached whales within weeks of each other is coincidental, and may be due to the weather.

It was a glorious day for a beach hike.
