Birthday’s End

I thanked Pedro for having a birthday so we had an excuse to go on this great trip. He said it was no trouble at all.

McMenamins Anderson School

We stayed two nights at the McMenamins Anderson School in Bothell, Washington in early December.

McMenamins is a local chain of bars and restaurants.

People built sand castles and threw frisbees for dogs.

Over the weekend, we went to a birthday celebration for J.R.R. Tolkien, the famed author.
