How much fun it was today when I browsed through archived versions of my blog and found a year old post titled: My fantasies for 2008.

I wish I didn’t think of him as my first black President.

Send the message that we are the rightful leaders of the country and those we elect are our servants.

One of us is employed, and right at the moment, most of our creditors are somewhat satisfied.

Her dad is moving to California and didn’t want to keep her cat, so we’ve agreed to take her in.

Not sure what it means, but I’ve frequently thought of the stars as my friends.

We found an awesome, fully trashed, crack- house looking place that we fell in love with.

I haven’t had a full time job since May of 2003, when I left my last one to go to school.

I have a job.
