It’s been a big cluster-* from the beginning.

I don’t know what we will do.

Mark couldn’t take the daily reminder of his perceived failure, and took off into the desert for awhile.

I had learned that buying and selling a house was a sure thing. There was no way to lose in Real Estate.

So ok, there’s probably some denial going on here, probably some embarrassment, probably some legitimate bone-headedness.

I’ve resisted writing about it because I don’t want to face it: the foreclosure process has begun on our home mortgage.

But Mark reminded me that it’s only scary to think of losing the house if we are convinced we have to have the house for happiness.
