On the side of Religion

A group of things in our lives that are religion-adjacent.

Atlanta from Up High and Down Low

I was able to see Atlanta from a sky-high observation deck, and then from an underground time capsule.

This year we decided on a “Staycation,” in other words, a vacation at home.

This is a city downtown where it’s easy to walk to the places you want to be.

The McMenamins family brought craft brewing to Portland and established a beer culture here.

We chose a couple of McMenamins close to home so we could enjoy a night out and return quickly.

Beer + Sunset = Great end to the day.

We stayed two nights at the McMenamins Anderson School in Bothell, Washington in early December.

Slovenia is not known for its beaches, but the waterfront in Piran is exceptional.

Sunday I reveled in the creative spirit of the region.
