No Kings in Tigard

America has been pretty clear about this message for hundreds of years: we do not want a king.

I don’t know what to say

I have no answers today. Just pain, and grief, and some dismay at my own numbness.

Words DO inflict harm more insidious than is ever evident on the outside.

How does one get up in the morning and go to work, pick up groceries, or celebrate a child’s birthday when bombs are exploding thirty miles away?
