Ramsey Canyon Preserve

Ramsey Canyon is near where my cousin lives, so it was an obvious place to visit in the morning.

Bookend falls don’t say enough

The first item on the birthday agenda was a hike with waterfalls.

I cannot believe I’ve lived here for 18 years and no one ever explained to me what’s above Punchbowl Falls.

I decided to post today just about the birds and berries I captured while backpacking on Eagle Creek Trail in the Columbia River Gorge.

We left our friends and New Forest, and were soon at the most famous ancient site in the UK.

A scheduling snafu on the last day in April resulted in me having an entire day to kill in Maryland before my flight left for England at 9:30 pm.

This new trail to us at Cascade Head quickly became a favourite of mine.

We had many hours to kill, and pent up energy from having spent an eternity on airplanes.

We extended our trip by 24 hours in order to experience more of Atlanta.

Proximity to the Fanno Creek Trail was one of the main reasons we bought the new house.
