Hi, anyone who is reading this. Tomorrow is a big rally to show our support for democracy and decency.
Body
If you are safe, and financially able, we need your body at a rally. In my experience, it’s a fun community event and you can’t help but come away loving your neighbors more. There are over 3,000 planned in the U.S. tomorrow, so chances are good there will be one near you. Look it up at: nokings.org
If you are reading this Saturday, check times! I have seen rallies with start times at 9am, 10am, 11am, and noon. Maybe it’s not too late!
Car
If you are not safe to stand beside the road with others, then we need you in your car, driving safely past, and honking your horn. People holding signs get a massive thrill when you drive past and honk your horn. Circle around and go through twice! Or do it for an hour (if you can afford the gas). We would love that.
Share
If you cannot do that, then tell somebody about what’s happening tomorrow. If you have social media, say something publicly. You can say, “I hope everyone stays safe tomorrow,” and that is support. We would love that, too!

Access
If you have accessibility limitations, we’ve got you. There are a couple of options, but here’s one from NO KINGS organizers: Join the Accessibility Rally.
Flag
If you have an American flag, fly your flag. Show how proud you are to be an American, or that you stand in solidarity with the message we are trying to send tomorrow.
Read and Watch
Read Annie’s blog that I’ll post below, who provides a link for a live broadcast from Minnesota. If you watch that broadcast (with Bruce Springsteen and Joan Baez), and add your little “1” to the collection of views, it’s going to be awesome! We would love it if you could do that! People are going to comment on how many viewers watched the broadcast, I promise you. So add yourself to the number and make it huge.
Find Your Joy
Keep up your spirits. Things are shifting in MAGA-world and they will not reign unaccountable for much longer. Let’s all meet up and celebrate on the other side.
Amen! I’ll be there with my “melt the ice” hat, knitted with love by a good friend.
